BOOKING CONDITIONS
The prices shown are for the vehicle with driver / guide, NOT per person.
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (£).
The cost of any variation from the described journey (requested by you) , should be determined and agreed by e-mail, in advance.
The price quoted is for the provision of vehicle and driver / guide for the journey or tour described, a reasonable amount of pre-tour research if required for sightseeing tours, printed information about places visited, any local taxes and tolls, admission costs for your driver / guide to places visited and a supply of bottled chilled water.
Not included: your admission costs to places visited, your meals and optional gratuities.
Under English law it is illegal to smoke in our vehicles. We can make regular short stops if requested.
An adult must accompany children under 16 years of age..
We are not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behaviour could be considered threatening.
In this event there will be no refunds of money paid.
We can accept no liability for any loss however caused unless due to our own negligence and in such a case our liability will be limited to a full refund of monies paid to us. Our liabilities for passenger and third party claims arising from events whilst in our vehicle, are covered by our passenger insurance as required by Law.
We strongly recommend that Holiday Insurance, purchased from a reputable Insurance Company, is arranged by our clients at the time of booking, particularly to include cover for cancellation due to illness and loss or damage to Luggage and Valuables. We do not sell Insurance and cancellation insurance is not included.
We protect your privacy - any information given to us at the time of booking will be used only for the purposes of that booking and will NOT be passed to any other organization. We will not e-mail you in the future without your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do NOT have access to your Credit Card information - this is handled by RBS WORLDPAY.
A deposit of £50 for your tour is required at the time of booking, when bookings are made more than 30 days in advance with the balance payable 30 days before arrival. When bookings are made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation of tours will be allowed unto 30 days before departure with full refund of deposit. Between 14 and 30 days your deposit would be forfeit and balance refunded. Less than 14 days - payment in full is required. Any payments made by us to third parties on your behalf, at your request, and confirmed in an e-mail from you, are re-payable to us in full, at all times.
All bookings are subject to English Law and to a seven day cooling off period.
These conditions do not effect your statutory rights.
